Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Faucets Win (the "Site"). By creating an account or mining on the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. What this Site is
Faucets Win is a faucet: it shows advertising and shares part of the resulting revenue with the people who viewed it, paid in cryptocurrency. It is free to use. There is nothing to buy, nothing to deposit, and no investment of any kind. Nothing on the Site is financial advice.
2. Your account
- Your identity here is the e-mail address of your FaucetPay account. There is no password: whoever proves control of that address controls the account. Keep your FaucetPay account secure.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
- One account per person. One account per household, per device and per IP address. Additional accounts are not "extra earnings" — they are the reason a faucet runs out of money and closes.
- You are responsible for the address you enter. Payments sent to an address you typed incorrectly cannot be recovered by us.
3. How earnings are calculated
Each mining round pays a share of the advertising revenue the Site earned, proportional to your weight (your tier multiplier). The rate is not fixed and is not guaranteed. If advertising revenue falls, the amount per mining round falls with it. The value shown on the mining page is the current rate, not a promise about future rates.
Current limits, which the operator may change at any time:
- Interval between mining rounds: 600 seconds.
- Maximum mining rounds per day, per account: 5.
- Referral commission: 5%, paid by the Site on top of what your referral earns. It never comes out of their balance.
- Coins currently available: BTC, DOGE, TRX.
4. Advertising is the whole reason this works
The Site only has money to pay you because advertisers paid for the ads you saw. Because of that:
- If an ad blocker prevents the ads from loading, no revenue is generated by that visit, and no credit is given for it.
- Clicking ads you are not genuinely interested in, clicking your own ads repeatedly, or using any tool that generates artificial impressions or clicks is prohibited. This is fraud against the advertiser, and it is what gets a site banned from ad networks.
- Advertising is served by third-party networks. We do not control what they display, and an ad appearing on the Site is not an endorsement. Never send money or personal data to an advertiser because you saw it here.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- Use bots, scripts, auto-clickers, macros or any automation to mine.
- Create more than one account, or use someone else's FaucetPay address.
- Use VPNs, proxies, Tor or server/hosting connections to hide your origin or to appear as more than one person.
- Refer accounts you control yourself.
- Attempt to interfere with the Site: automated request floods, probing for vulnerabilities, or any attempt to obtain balances you did not earn.
6. Suspension and forfeited balances
If we find clear evidence of the conduct in section 5, the account is suspended and any pending balance in it is cancelled. We say this plainly rather than hiding it in a long clause: a balance built by cheating is money taken from the people who mined honestly, because everyone is paid from the same pool of advertising revenue.
Payments that were already sent to your FaucetPay account are yours and are never reversed — we could not reverse them even if we wanted to.
If you believe a suspension was a mistake, open a support ticket. Automated checks occasionally flag a legitimate user, and that is exactly what the ticket is for.
7. Payments
Payments are sent to your FaucetPay account. We do not hold your funds any longer than the moment between crediting and sending, we do not charge a withdrawal fee, and there is no network fee, because the transfer happens inside FaucetPay.
FaucetPay is an independent service with its own terms. If FaucetPay is unavailable, or if it rejects a payment to your address, we cannot complete it. Payments already sent are listed publicly, with addresses masked, on the Payment proofs page.
8. Availability
The Site is provided as it is, with no guarantee of uptime. It may be interrupted for maintenance, and it may change or shut down. This is a small independent project, not a financial institution — do not treat a pending balance here as savings.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may change. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms go through the Contact page.
